摘    要:为促进滤料的开发和曝气生物滤池的发展,研究了SVA滤料的制作方法以及该滤料应用于曝气生物滤池试验的处理效果。结果表明:以一种轻质多孔矿物粒料为芯材,两种轻质矿物粉料经混合作为基材,加入粘结剂造球,制成3~6mm球形颗粒滤料用于曝气生物滤池处理城市污水,在气水比3∶1,水力负荷2.12m3/(m2.h)条件下,CODC r、BOD5、NH3-N去除率分别达到83.3%、82.4%、77.3%,说明该滤料具有良好的污水处理效果。

Abstract:In order to promoting the exploitation of filtering materials and the development of biological aerated filter,the preparation method of the spherical volcanic ash(SVA) filtering material and its application in biological aerated filter were researched.The test results indicated that under the conditions of the ratio of gas and water is 3∶1 and hydraulic load is 2.12m3/(m2·h),the removal rates of CODCr,BOD5 and NH3-N reached 83.3%,82.4% and 77.3%,respectively.It was demonstrated that the novel filtering material have excellent treatment efficiency for municipal sewage.
