摘    要:动态经济调度中确定性的旋转备用处理方法,无法将系统各时段的响应风险维持在一定水平。由此,文中提出一种基于等响应风险约束的动态经济调度方法,使备用容量可以根据系统的运行状况自动调整,将系统各时段的响应风险维持在给定水平。采用电力不足期望(EDNS)作为系统响应风险指标,通过引入{0,1}变量导出EDNS指标的解析表达,使给定的EDNS指标限值可以作为约束嵌入传统动态经济调度中形成标准的{0,1}混合整数优化问题,达到响应风险评估与调度决策同步完成的目的。对于所形成的{0,1}混合整数优化问题,引入附加约束将其转化为已有成熟算法的非整数二次优化问题,并采用原 — 对偶内点法进行求解。算例分析表明了所述方法的有效性。

Abstract:In the conventional dynamic economic dispatch methods,the spinning reserve allocation is based on deterministic criterion.It is hard to maintain response risk at a given level for all periods.A novel method is proposed to overcome the problem.The system spinning reserve requirement is no longer fixed but flexible in the new method,and it is adjusted with the system operating situation to achieve equal system response risk during dispatching time intervals.Expected demand not supplied(EDNS)is used as a response risk index.To ensure that the limit of EDNS be treated as one of constraints in the dynamic economic dispatching,a new expression of EDNS which includes {0,1} variables is introduced.As such,the response risk evaluation can be embedded into the dynamic economic dispatching,and they can be calculated together.The model is a mixed integer programming problem.To solve the problem,additional constraints for binary variables are used to transform the mixed integer programming problem to a quadratic optimization problem.And decoupled primal-dual interior point method is used to achieve solutions.Test results show the efficiency of the proposed method.
