| Abstract: | Strengthening construction of enterprise culture is of great significance for state-owned enterprise. The key to realize depends on innovation of ideological work, forming common cognition, working style, value idea and behavior criterion in production management gradually. To promote smooth development of state-owned enterprise, cultural construction should put emphasis on the people-oriented concept in managing enterprise. |
