机电耦联整形机床主轴系统动力学仿真

摘    要:机电耦合系统动力学是多学科交叉的、非线性、强耦合的机电一体化理论问题,目前还没有一个成熟的机电耦联动力学建模和仿真计算方法,针对机电耦合整形机床主轴系统,建立了包括机械机构和伺服电机一体化的动力学模型.最后运用Matlab进行仿真计算并进行了分析.计算机仿真结果验证该种动力学建模的可行性和正确性,是解决该类问题的有效途径.

Abstract:Dynamic optimization of electromechanical coupling system is a multi-discipline,non-linear,tight-coupling problem in mechatronics theory.
