基于Internet的数控机床远程故障诊断系统的研究

摘    要:针对机床故障诊断的需要 ,研究建立了数控机床远程故障诊断系统的主要框架。对于三个子系统的主要功能和实现方法进行了深入的探讨。同时 ,对其实现过程中的关键技术如网络数据库、数据实时传输、安全性和开放性进行了详细的分析。该系统可以充分发挥Internet的优势 ,促进数控机床故障的及时、正确诊断 ,提高设备的利用率

Abstract:Aimed at the requirements of failure diagnosis for machine tools, this paper established through research the main frame of remote failure diagnosis system for NC machine tools. A deep discussion to the main functions and realization method was carried out upon three sub-systems. At the same time, an analysis on the key techniques such as net database, real-time transmission of data, safety and openness of system during its course of realization was carried out in details. This system could bring the advantages of internet into full play, promote prompt and correct diagnoses upon the fault of NC machine tools and enhance the utilization rate of equipment and installations.
