节能外墙构造的探讨

摘    要:我国民用建筑热工设计规范要求冬季采暖建筑外墙的内表面温度应不低于露点温度,目的是保证围护结构的内表面不会结露、受潮,满足最基本的卫生要求;同时室内气温不至于过低。因此要求采暖建筑外墙应具有良好的热工性能。传统的粘土砖墙热稳定性较好,但保温能力很低;加气混凝土砌块墙,其保温性能很好,但热稳定性又很差。单一材质的墙体要具备各项良好的热工性能是很困难的,故必须在构造上对外墙进行改进,采用复合墙体,合理布置其构造层次,这种具有良好保温节能效果的外墙即为节能外墙。

Abstract:Outside wall should have a good performance on heating character,such as heat resistance condensa-tion proof and heat stability.Traditional brick which is made from clay has good heat stability,while it's not good for insulation.On the other hand,light concrete block is a good insulation material,but with a bad heat sta-bility.Presently it's necessary to have reformation on materials for insulation as well as on composition,multi-materials for insulation have a lot of advantages against on traditional materials,it's an effective choice for ener-gy saving in buildings and should be applied in a positive strength in China.
