摘    要:针对目前产品结构模型存在的表达产品信息不全面、不深入和信息一致性差的问题,在分析现有产品结构模型的内涵基础上,提出了产品全生命周期结构模型的概念和构建方法。分析了结构子树的节点和它们之间的关系,给出了节点操作和节点属性操作的方法与结构子树转换的通用操作步骤,使用扩展的IDEF5图形化建模语言,描述了复制节点、增节点和删节点操作,以及属性赋值、增属性和删属性操作等6种基本操作,论述了不同结构子树间转换的规则。最后,通过实例阐明了从产品需求结构子树到整个产品全生命周期结构模型的构建过程。

Abstract:Existing product structural model cannot express the general and complete product information with high consistency. To deal with this problem, the concept of the product lifecycle structural model and the modeling method were proposed based on analysis of connotation of existing product structural model. The nodes and their relationships of the product lifecycle structural sub-tree were analyzed, the operation methods of the node and its prop- erties were given, and universal transition methods of product lifecycle structural sub-tree were also provided. By using the extended IDEF5 schematic language, six basic operations were described, including the copy node, add node, delete node operation and the set property, add property, delete property operation. Transition rules for different structural sub-trees were discussed. Finally, the entire modeling process was illustrated by instance from the product requirement structural sub-tree to overall product lifecycle structural model.
