摘    要: 文章研究了高强度超低碳贝氏体钢的精细结构。结果表明,高强度超低碳贝氏体钢理想的显微组织是无碳化物贝氏体、板条马氏体和下贝氏体,组织强化(包括细晶强化)是高强度超低碳贝氏体钢主要的强化方式,低水平的钒含量对析出强化没有贡献。

Abstract:The fine structure of high strength ULCB steel were investigated.The results indicated that the ideal micro-structure of high strength ULCB steel is consists of carbide-free bainite,lath martensite and lower bainite,the microstructure strengthing(including fine strengthing) is the main strengthing mechanism,while the content of vanadium is low,the precipitation strengthing of vanadium isn't easy obtained in high strength ULCB steel.
