低比重汽车保险杠聚丙烯复合材料的性能研究

摘    要:文章研究了三元嵌段共聚物对汽车保险杠用聚丙烯复合材料力学性能和尺寸稳定性的影响,结果表明,在复合材料体系中添加30%~50%的三元嵌段共聚物,复合材料的力学性能和尺寸稳定性可满足汽车保险杠的使用要求,而比重则比普通保险杠材料降低10%,从而制得一种低比重汽车保险杠用聚丙烯复合材料,为汽车轻量化做出有益贡献。

Abstract:The ternary block copolymer on the bumper with polypropylene compound material mechanics performance and the influence of dimensional stability was studied in the paper. The results show that, In a composite material system to add 30 % to 50 % of ternary block copolymer, mechanical properties and dimensional stability of the composite material can meet the requirements of the bumper, the density is 10 % lower than normal bumper material, thus made a low proportion of the bumper with polypropylene composite material, make useful contributions to automotive lightweighting.
