单缸柴油机排气系统声学性能的仿真

摘    要:应用GT-POWER发动机仿真软件进行了单缸柴油机排气系统声学性能仿真和优化.参照某Z1110发动机,根据GB/T4759-1995试验方法,建立了发动机和排气消声器的耦合仿真模型,模拟计算了发动机排气噪声.通过计算值与实测值的对比,从而证明了该方法的实用性和有效性.

Abstract:This paper discusses the simulation and optimization of the acoustics performance of exhaust noise of a single cylinder diesel engine with GT-POWER. Based on a Z110 engine and its muffler, the coupied model of engine and muffler is established according to the GB/T4759--1995 test standard. Then the exhaust noise is calculated. Though the comparing the calculated results with the measured results, the method is testified practical and effective.
