| 摘 要： | 研究网络游戏中的法律问题,重点阐述了网游私设服务器的概念及危害,探讨了网游外挂程序的概念与性质及打击外挂的法律问题,讨论了网络游戏服务合同的特点及网络游戏合同的纠纷解决。涉及了网游虚拟财产的法律性质和虚拟财产保护的对策,最后分析了网络游戏立法及网络游戏市场的执法情况。

| Abstract: | The legal problems in wehgames are studied in the paper. It focuses on the private server in wehgames, and investigates the concept and characters of the plug-in programs of webgames. The characteristics of webgame service contract and dispute resolution are discussed. The paper also describes the legal characters of the virtual property in webgames, and legal protection to the virtual property. Then the legislation in network and regulations performance in wehgame market are analyzed. |
