碳纳米管/SBS改性沥青的微区结构观察及共混机理探究

摘    要:通过不同剂量的碳纳米管和4%SBS与基质沥青混合制备不同的改性沥青,用常规方法获得改性沥青的宏观性能指标。利用荧光显微镜观察改性沥青的微观结构,对改性沥青的微观结构进行比较分析,确定各部分的组份和结构特征。对沥青宏观性能的变化与沥青微观结构关系进行总结分析,结果表明微观结构参数与改性剂(碳纳米管、SBS)添加剂量以及宏观性能指标具有较好的相关关系。根据一些已经观察到的结构参数得出更加合理的改性剂添量来进一步提高改性沥青宏观性能指标。

Abstract:Various modified asphalt was prepared with different additives of carbon nanotube and 4 ~/00 SBS. The performance of the modified asphalt was obtained by conventional methods. The microstructure of the modified asphalt was observed using fluorescence microscope. The structure characteristics of each part was determined by image analysis. The relation between the macro performance of asphalt and the micro structure of asphalt was summarized and analyzed. The results show that the micro structure parameters and modifier (carbon nanotubes, SBS) addition and macro performance index has good relationship. According to the observed structure, further improved modified asphalt can be prepared.
