| 摘 要： | 应用DynaForm对后端盖零件成形工序进行仿真，研究发现后端盖零件在成形过程中，受压边力影响显著，预设的两种方案都不能达到满意效果。为了解决没有压边力并改善起皱情况的问题，提出拉伸兼整形的参数优化方案。

So in order to solve without blankholder force and improving wrinkle condition problem,proposed drawing and shaping parameters optimization. |
