摘    要:对热态钢板矫直机工作辊采取有效的冷却是降低工作辊消耗,防止工作辊出现严重热裂纹,提高板材矫直质量,延长辊子使用寿命,减少换辊次数,从而提高生产效率的重要措施。通过分析热矫直机工作辊的性能参数与受热条件,介绍了工作辊内冷却方式及其主要冷却参数。

Abstract:Efficient cooling on thermal state steel plate straighterer working roll is a significant measure of decrea- sing the working roll wear, preventing the roll from serious thermal crack, increasing straightening quality of the plate, extending service lifetime of the roll, reducing roll changing times and further improving production efficiency. By ana- lyzing property parameters and heated term of the thermal straightener working roll, the internal cooling of the working roll as well as its main cooling parameters have been presented.
