摘    要:介绍基于CAN总线的分布式塔机工作状态信息数据采集和监控系统设计。主节点采用32位微处理器$3C2410作为核心的嵌入式系统开发平台。给出在Linux系统中主节点CAN底层驱动程序和用户图形界面GUI设计要点。主节点系统设计中用Qt作为工具进行人机用户图形界面GUI设计开发,能够在触摸屏上实时显示塔机安全方面的工况参数及动画模拟演示,具有实时时钟功能,信息量更丰富、更直观。塔机监控系统实现对塔吊运行的检测、控制、超限报警、信息查询和人机交互等功能,提高塔机监控运行效率和可靠性。

Abstract:The article describes the design of distributing data acquisition and monitoring system of status information for tower crane based on CAN bus. The master node takes S3C2410 32-bit microprocessor embedded system development platform as the core. It gives the detailed design of the underlying CAN driver and GUI under Linux-based embedded operating system. It uses Qt as a tool for human-computer graphical user interface GUI design and development to display working parameters of safety of tower crane and its animated simulation with real time clock functions, which enrichs the information more intuitive on the touch screen. Tower crane monitoring system realized the functions of operation monitoring, control, exceed alert, information query, and human-computer interaction to improve the efficiency and reliability of tower crane.
