| 摘 要： | 内有管螺纹、外有四周倒扣的塑件,注射模结构设计要充分考虑脱内管螺纹,本文以管道联接塑件为例,介绍了由链轮带动齿轮传动的方式,完成退芯脱内管螺纹的模具结构。

| Abstract: | There is internal G type threads while there are flip-clip components surrounding outside,the demoulding of internal G type thread should be taken into account while design the structure of plastic injection mold,as an example of component for pipe joins,this article describes the ways of gear driving by sprocket wheel and the mold structure design of core back of internal G type thread. |
