基于PLC与HMI的高光注射模温控制系统

摘    要:根据高光注射成型原理和模具温度动态控制要求,研制以PLC为控制核心的模具温度控制系统,以实现高光注射模温度的快速准确实时控制;利用人机界面技术,实现了注射工艺全过程的实时监控,保障生产系统的稳定性、可靠性和易操作性,在实际应用中取得了明显效益。

Development of Mold Temperature Controller System for RHCM Based on PLC and HMI
Abstract:The process principle of a new RHCM injection molding was introduced. A temperature control system with PLC as the core was developed. The rapid and accurate temperature control of injection molding was realized. The whole injection process was monitored by using human-machine interface technique, in order to ensure the stability, reliability and easy operation. The practical application demonstrated its effectiveness.
