基于高速摄像的子午线轮胎驻波机理研究

摘    要:运用AutoCAD软件,利用高速摄像机捕捉汽车在底盘测功机上高速行驶时,轮胎高速旋转的形变图像,根据形变的大小以及弹性恢复时间来推算轮胎临界速度的大小,有效避免现有的解析法、实验法以及仿真分析法在测试轮胎临界速度的不足,是一种既安全、经济又较准确的测试方法。

Abstract:We took photo of the tire that was rotating very fast by high-speed camera, when the car was running on the automotive chassis dynamometers, and used AutoCAD software to demarcate the deformed picture of tire with high speed rotation, and calculated the critical speed based on the size of ddormation and the time of elasticity restoring to avoid the shortage of critical speed of tire of the existing method, such as analysis, experimentation, simulation and became a safe, economical as well as exact way.
