基于翻转式数控回转台的线切割加工技术研究

摘    要:开发了能实现复杂型面零件电火花线切割加工的多轴联动加工系统,阐明了系统的组成和运动规律,研制了其主要硬件装置——数控回转台,并进行了加工实验研究。从而进一步拓宽了电火花线切割加工的工艺范围,解决了复杂型面零件的加工难题。该方法在模具制造中得到了较良好的应用。

Abstract:It develops the polar cutting system that can cut space curved surface parts by WEDM, and explains the combination, motion laws of this system. Having carried on the design with studying to the automatic graduation numerical control backward table of his major hardware device, thus widen the range of processing complex ruled surface by WEDM, and solved the problem in cutting parts with complex surfaces.
