摘    要:本文讨论了三维激光切割的设备、数控编程技术及夹具设计方法,重点分析了自动编程的应用过程,三维激光切割技术的应用大大缩短了新车型的开发周期、降低了小批量车身制造的成本。

Abstract:The equipment,numerical control programming technology and fixture designmethod of thre-dimensional laser cutting are discussed.The process of automatic-programming is presented in detail.The design cycle of a new car is shorted and the manufacturing cost with small quantities is reduced with the application of three-dimensional laser cutting technology.
