二硫代氨基甲酸盐除油机理

摘    要:二硫代氨基甲酸盐是一类除油速率快、效果好的新型油田污水处理剂。为了推动二硫代氨基甲酸盐在我国油田污水处理中的应用,合成了4种简单分子结构的二硫代氨基甲酸盐,并探讨了其除油机理。结果表明,二硫代氨基甲酸盐是通过与污水中的Fe^2 反应生成絮体,在搅拌过程中依靠絮体卷扫污水中的分散油滴而达到除油的目的。污水中金属亚铁离子的含量越多,生成的絮体越多,除油效果越好。二硫代氨基甲酸盐的除油效果与其分子结构有关,分子中含有两个以上二硫代甲酸根的二硫代氨基甲酸盐,能与污水中的Fe^2 生成卷扫能力较强的网状絮体,因而除油效果好。

Abstract:Dithiocarbamate is a new type of oil remover developed in 1990s. It can efficiently and swiftly remove oil from waste water. This study aimed at promoting this type agent to be used in the oil field. Four kinds of dithiocarbamates were prepared and their mechanisms to remove oil were studied. The results confirmed that it was the floc formed through the reaction of dithiocarbamate with ferrous ions from waste water that swept the oil during mixing. The more ferrous ions contained in the waste water, the more flocs were produced. The molecular structure of dithiocarbamate exerts great influence on its ability to remove oil. At least two dithiocar matic ions in one dithiocarbamate molecule are needed to react with Fe 2+ ions containing in the waste water to form net shape flocs with good sweeping capability that can sweep oil efficiently.
