聚合物复合自应力钢纤维防水砂浆在工程中的应用

摘    要:为了克服传统的防水砂浆抗冲击性能差、由于结构及温度应变,较易开裂渗水等缺点,采用在原有单纯由水泥、砂和防水剂构成的防水材料中加入钢纤维和高分子聚合物水溶液的方法,形成聚合物复合自应力钢纤维防水砂浆,工程实践表明:这种砂浆不仅保留了水泥砂浆防水材料的施工方便、造价低廉和修补容易等优点,而且大大提高了抗冲击、抗龟裂、抗渗压等性能,有较好的工程应用前景.

Abstract:For traditional waterproof mortar anti-impact properties,the paper discusses the method of the polymer bonds from the stress steel textile fiber waterproof mortar joining the cement,the granulated substance,the water-repellent constitution waterproofing material,the steel textile fiber and the high polymer water-soluble fluid.This has the merits of the convenience of cement mortar waterproofing material construction,the low construction cost,moreover it greatly enhances the kind of performance and waterproofing material anti-impact,anti-chap,anti-osmotic pressure.
