| 摘 要： | 满铁附属地在近代沈阳城市发展过程中占有重要的地位。满铁附属地采用先进的城市规划和建设理念,使之呈现出与中国传统城区不同的风貌,在一定程度上开启了近代沈阳城市的现代化进程。本文对沈阳满铁附属地的发展作以系统的梳理,首先对其成因进行探讨,然后从管理机构、建设制度和建设活动三个方面详细论述满铁附属地的发展过程,以探讨其发展特征及对近代沈阳城市现代化进程的影响。

| Abstract: | The South Manchuria Railway Zone plays a significant role in the urban development history in Shenyang.It adopts advanced city planning and construction idea for presenting different appearance from the traditional urban area of China.Besides,it makes contribution to the modernization progress of Shenyang to a certain extent.This paper makes systematic carding towards the development of South Manchuria Railway Zone in Shenyang.Firstly,it discusses its formation course,expounds the development process of South Manchuria Railway Zone from the management institution,and finally probes into the development feature and influence. |
