| 摘 要： | 湖泊作为人类一种宝贵的自然资源,在国家的经济社会可持续发展中起着重要作用。然而,由于经济的快速发展,工业化、城镇化的快速推进,人类对湖泊资源掠夺性开采和开发已经对湖泊造成了严重的破坏,导致了湖泊现状十分严峻,如湖面萎缩、水质恶化、生态功能退化、资源急剧减少等。针对我国湖泊的现状分析其背后的深层次原因,并提出了有针对性和建设性的意见和建议,包括强化思想认识、完善湖泊立法、改革管理体制、加强群众参与等。 |

| Abstract: | Lakes as human a precious natural resources,in the country′s economic and social sustainable development plays an important role.However,due to the rapid development of economy,the industrialization,the urbanization and the rapid development of human resources of lake predatory exploration and development of lakes have caused serious damage,leading to the lakes present situation as grim.Aiming at the analysis the current situation of the lakes behind the deep reason,and brings forward the corresponding and constructive opinions and Suggestions. |
