| 摘 要： | 退火质量是影响热轧板卷质量的主要衡量指标。在充分解析现有控制系统的基础上,利用TCP/IP和OPC技术从现有控制系统中获取卷材温度、炉膛温度等采样数据,绘制卷材全长度方向在炉内不同位置的温度变化趋势图,并建立了卷材温度变量质量控制图。

| Abstract: | Annealing quality affects a lot on the quality of hot rolled strip steel coil.In this paper,on the basis of analysis of existing control systems and its mathematical model,the quality analysis software is developed,which using TCP/IP and OPC technology to obtain coil temperature,furnace temperature,and others sampling data from control system.The software can show temperature trend of the coil in different furnace positions,and quality control chart of each coil. |
