| 摘 要： | 液压制动系统是提升机安全运行的重要保障机构。随着块式制动器退出历史舞台,近几年矿井提升机的制动器都是盘式制动器。因此,加强液压制动系统的维护、熟悉常见故障及处理方法并加装必要的保护,可以提高液压系统和盘式制动器工作的可靠性和系统运行的稳定性,这对提升机的安全运行具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Hydraulic braking system is the important security mechanism of hoist safe operation.Along with the block brake quit the stage of history,in recent years the mine hoist brake is disc brakes.Therefore,to strengthen maintenance of the hydraulic braking system,be familiar with the common faults and processing method as well as install the necessary protection can enhance the work reliability and the system operation stability of hydraulic system and disc brake,this has great significance for safe operation of the hoist. |
