由聚酯废料合成DOTP

摘    要:以聚酯生产过程中的副产物为主要原料,采用直接酯交换法合成一种优良的软聚氯乙烯塑料中的一种主增塑剂。结果表明:以钛酸四丁酯为催化剂,原料废聚酯与异辛醇配比为1:3,合成最佳温度范围在200~210℃,反应4h,产品收率可达90%以上。该方法常压操作,简单安全,投资少,且反应中产生的副产物乙二醇可收集利用。过量的异辛醇回收处理后可循环使用。合成产品经鉴定,酸值、闪点等各项指标均达到合格标准。

DOTP Synthesis from Waste Polyester
Abstract:The main material used in the experiment comes from the by product in production of polyester. Producing main plasticizer of soft polyvinyl chloride plastic with direct method was discussed. The experiment showed that product yield of 90% was achieved under following conditions: tetrabutyl titanate was used as catalyst, the ratio of PET to 2 ethylhoxanol is 1:3, the range of synthetic temperature is 200~210℃, reaction time is 4 h. The experiment was operated under normal pressure. It is simple, safe and less cost. And the by products, ethylene glycol, and excessive 2 ethylhoxanol can be collected and reused. The acid number, flashing point and other parameters of the product have achieved the standards by appraisal.
