摘    要:以苯与H2O2羟基化反应为目标反应,研究焙烧温度、预处理剂对TS-1分子筛催化氧化性能的影响。结果表明,随着焙烧温度的升高,H2O2转化率下降,选择性上升。560℃焙烧的分子筛,苯的转化率达到最高。TS-1分子筛经预处理后,对H2O2转化率、选择性和苯的转化率均会产生不同的影响。(NH4)2SO4处理后的TS-1分子筛,H2O2的选择性接近100%。在反应液中添加极性溶剂会不同程度阻抑反应的进行;而添加水或采用低浓度的H2O2有利于反应的进行。

Abstract:Influences of calcination temperature and pretreatment reagent on the catalytic properties of TS-1 zeolite were studied in detail for the hydroxylation of benzene by H 2O 2.Studies showed that with the increase of calcination temperature,the conversion of H 2O 2 went down and the selectivity of H 2O 2 went up.The best conversion of benzene was obtained over TS-1 zeolite calcinated at 560 ℃.Pretreatment reagent affected the catalytic propertice of TS-1 zeolite.For the power of increasing the conversion of H 2O 2,the order was NH 4F<(NH 4) 2SO 4
