| 摘 要： | 通过五因子二次正交回归试验研究了用硫钨酸盐热分解制备WS2的反应温度、反应时间、原料粒度、料层厚度、NZ流量对WS2粒度的影响，得到了描述定量关系的回归方程和曲线，找到了影响WS2粒度的主要因素

| Abstract: | By means of five-factor quadratic regression tests,the influence of reaction temperature,reaction time,raw material size,material layer thickness and N2 flow rate on the size of WS2 particle obtained from heat decomposition of (NH4)2WS4 was investigated. In addition,the regression equation and curves which describe the qualititaitive relation between the faCtors and WS2 size were obtained, and the main factors which affect the size of WS2 particle were reaction temperature, reaction time and size of the fped (NH4)2WS4 (in the order of decreasing significance). |
