| 摘 要： | 机床液压系统是以油液作为工作介质来传递动力或运动。在机床液压系统工作过程中，由于工作压力调整过高、元件磨损、密封不良或损坏及机床床体的铸造缺陷等原因都会导致液压系统中的油液泄漏；针对出现泄漏现象，根据造成泄漏的原因分别介绍采取调低油压、修复磨损的元件、更换新的密封材料等办法加以解决。

| Abstract: | Oil liquid is managed as a working medium for the transmission of power or work of the machine tool hydraulic system.During the work process of machine tool hydraulic system,excessive pressure,components attrition,bad sealing and casting deficiencies of the machine tool can all lead to the leak of oil liquid in the hydraulic system;if the phenomenon of leak appears,methods of lowering the oil liquid pressure,repairing abraded components and replacement old sealed materials by new ones should be adopted according to the reasons which lead to the leak in order to solve problem. |
