| 摘 要： | 以鸡东县为例，对鸡东县发展基于循环经济煤化工生态园区的必要性进行分析。以循环经济的理念为指导，实现物质与能量利用最优化为目的，进行煤化工生态工业园区产业链的设计，为建立及推广煤化工生态工业园提供了参考依据和理论借鉴。

| Abstract: | This paper takes the Jidong county for example,The necessity of eco-industrial park of coal chemistry based on the circulation economy is analyzed.The industrial chains in eco-industrial park of coal chemistry is designed with the guidance of the eycle economy principle to reduce natural resource and energy consumption and waste emissions,The reference and basis are put forward for construction and development of eco-industrial park of coal chemistry. |
