我国江河治理与泥沙研究展望

摘    要:水资源和泥沙的不均匀分布,特别是北方河流的泥沙问题,使我国江河治理的工作异常复杂,江河合理工作必须结合考虑水资源、泥沙和环境等方面的因素,人类剧烈活动对河流的来水来沙过程产生了重要的影响,使河床演变规律发生了巨大的变化,提出江河治理工作中的科技含量,加强江河治理中的科技创新,将是21世纪我国江河治理与泥沙研究中科技发展的趋势,主要反映在以下几方面:(1)泥沙作为环境问题的一个重要组成部分,研究泥沙与区域环境演变及其治理;(2)将泥沙将作为一种资源,研究水资源综合利用与调控;(3)人类剧烈活动影响下的河床演变、河道整治及工程泥沙研究;(4)加强学科交叉和高新技术应用的泥沙基础理论研究。

Abstract:The non-uniform time and spatial distribution of water resources and sediment makes the river regulation extremely complicated, especially for the rivers in the north of China. It is necessary to consider the factors of water resources, sediment, and environment altogether. Increasing scientific and technological percentage and developing new methods for river engineering will be the main tendency in next century. Thus, this paper focused on: (1) Considering sediment as an important part of environmental problem, the evolution and treatment of sediment and regional environment are studied; (2) Considering sediment as a kind of resources, the integrated utilization and control of the water-sediment resources is involved.(3) Taking into account the influence of mankind activities, the river processes and regulation, and sediment engineering is discussed. And also, (4) Resorting to the inter-science and hi-tech tool, the basic theory of sediment transport will continuously be emphasized.
