| 摘 要： | 阐述了建设工程造价的特点和程序，通过分析介绍如何控制投资，从工程各个环节分析了造价控制的措施和方法，并指出工程造价控制是一项集管理、技术、质量、施工于一体的综合性系统工程，应贯穿于工程建设的各个阶段。

| Abstract: | The characteristics and program of building engineering cost are elaborated.Through analysis measures for investment control are introduced.In addition,from each stages of engineering practical measures and methods are analyzed for engineering cost control.Author points out that engineering cost control is one comprehensive system engineering integrated management,technology,quality and construction in one,which goes through the whole process of construction. |
