时效成形模具补偿的网格节点坐标调整算法

摘    要:基于DA(Displacement Adjustment)方法提出网格节点坐标调整算法,详细叙述了该方法的原理与补偿公式,以及公式中补偿系数的确定原则。建立了时效成形的仿真模型,并采用该算法对仿真后的模具型面进行补偿,经3次仿真成形后,其零件外形达到了设计的精度要求;将该方法应用于整体壁板的模具补偿,实验结果验证了网格节点坐标调整算法的可靠性。

Abstract:In this paper,the grid node coordinate adjustment algorithm was proposed based on Displacement Adjustment.The principle of the algorithms and compensation formulas was presented in detail,and the principle of determining the compensation coefficients in the formulas was given.Finally,the simulation model of the age-forming was established to simulate the process and the grid node coordinate adjustment algorithm was applied to compensate the mold surface.The precision of the part in the third simulation met the design requirements.Then,this method was used in the compensation for the skin-panel's mold.The experiment results proved that the grid node coordinate adjustment algorithm was reliable.
