| 摘 要： | 介绍了PVC型材整体韧性、PVC材料韧性和塑化度的表征方法．从原料、配方、模具、加工工艺、挤出机等方面分析了对韧性的影响因素．指出提高PVC型材韧性的原则是保证塑化适度、混炼均匀、内应力尽量小。

| Abstract: | The methods of characterizing the whole toughness of PVC profiles and the tough- ncss and plasticization dcgrcc of PVC materials wcrc introduced. Factors of influencing the tough- ncss wcrc analyzed from the aspects of raw materials and formula, mold, processing process, and extruder. It was indicated that the key principle of improving the toughness of PVC profiles was to ensure the suitable polymerization degree, uniform mixing and small internal stress. |
