摘    要:介绍了中石化巴西GASENE管道项目中的美国CRC管道自动焊接工艺与设备的组成和性能特点,并通过性能试验结果的对比分析,发现CRC管道全自动焊接工艺各种试验结果均能满足API 1104-1999和巴油N133管道焊接规范要求,焊接接头性能优良.同时,该焊接工艺具有焊接速度快、效率高、自动化程度高以及焊接质量好等优点,其在巴西管道项目的应用对自动焊接工艺在国内的推广具有较好的指导意义.

Abstract:In this article, it introduced automatic welding process, equipment composition and performance characteristics of America CRC pipeline which belongs to Sinopec Brazil GASENE project, compared and analyzed performance tests. The results indicated that all results of CRC pipeline automatic welding process can meet pipeline welding specification requirements of API 1104--1999 and Brazil N133 pipeline, and the welded joint performance is good . Meanwhile, this welding process possesses such advantages, such as high welding speed, high efficiency, high automation degree and good welding quality, and its application in Brazil pipeline project will provide great directive significance for popularizing automatic welding process in China.
