海洋深水表层动态压井钻井液体系研究

摘    要:为了满足海洋深水钻井液用量大以及作业平台的限制,动态压井作业模式被广泛应用。针对动态压井钻井液体系,采用可钝化激活的增粘剂开展了研究,构建了动态压井钻井液体系。室内研究表明:构建的动态压井钻井液体系基浆具有良好的可泵送性,经海水稀释并激活后,能满足深水钻井的需求。

Study on Dynamic Killing and Drilling ( DKD ) Fluids for Drilling in Deepwater Wells

Abstract:To meet the needs of using large quantity of drilling fluids for offshore deepwater drilling and restriction of operation on the platform,the operation mode of dynamic killing and drilling(DKD) fluids has been widely used.Based on the dynamic killing and drilling(DKD) fluids,a activated passivation viscosifier was used for studying,a dynamic killing and drilling(DKD) fluid system was established.Laboratory study shows that the fluid can be pumped easily.After adding the activator into the fluid and blending these heavy fluids with seawater,the viscosity can be increased quickly,it meet the requirements of deepwater drilling.
