摘    要:在分析X80高强度管线钢化学成分、力学性能的基础上,结合选定的焊接材料、焊接方法和工艺参数,对该管线钢焊接接头的拉伸性能、硬度、冲击韧性等进行了研究.结果表明,X80高强度管线钢具有良好的焊接性能,焊接接头的强度、硬度、韧性等性能均满足X80管线的安全要求,所选用的焊接材料、焊接方法和工艺参数可用于该管材的现场焊接.

Abstract:Based on analyzing the chemical composition and mechanical properties, the tensile strength, hardness and impact toughness of X80 pipeline steel welded joints were studied, combined with the selected welding material, welding process and technical parameters. The results showed that the X80 pipeline steel with high strength possesses good welding performance, and the strength, hardness and toughness can meet the safety requirements. The selected welding material, welding method and welding parameters can be used for site welding.
