高效液相色谱法测定乳粉中低聚果糖的研究

摘    要:对高效液相色谱法测定乳粉中低聚果糖进行了研究。结果表明,用浓度为0.25mol/L的高氯酸处理乳粉,乳粉中的低聚果糖有水解现象,水解率约为22.1%;用质量分数为80%的乙醇处理乳粉,检出率只有36.6%。

Abstract:The determination of FOS in milk powder by HPLC was researched in this paper. Based on the result, FOS was hydrolyzed when milk powder was treated by 0.25 mol/L HCLO4, and the percent hydrolysis was 22. 1%.The detectable rate was only 36. 6% when it was treated by 80% ethanol.
