钛石膏—粉煤灰—矿渣复合胶凝材料的改性研究

摘    要:介绍用化工废石膏等工业废渣研制新型复合胶凝材料的实验情况 ,研究减水剂、明矾石和煅烧废石膏对这种新型复合胶凝材料的改性作用。研究结果表明 ,将钛石膏、粉煤灰、矿渣和少量硅酸盐水泥或熟料 ,选择合适的激发剂和适宜的工艺措施 ,可以配制生产高性能新型复合胶凝材料 ,其强度甚至可以达到 5 2 5 #矿渣硅酸盐水泥的强度指标

Abstract:In this paper, the research of utilizing industrial refuses such as waste chemical gypsum, fly ash, slag to produce a new cementitious material in laberatory has been reported. The improving effects of water reducing agent, alunmite and burned waste gypsum on this material have been studied. The results show that using this industrial refuses with a small amount or Portland cement or clinker, proper exciting agent and correct technical messure we can produce a new type of cemetitious material. The strength of this new material may attain the levels of 525 of Portland blast furnace slag cement.
