| 摘 要： | 现代数控机床采用了计算机技术,涉及光、机、电和液等很多技术,它具有技术密集和知识密集的特点,具有较高自动化水平和生产效率,发生故障是难免的。我国现有数控机床上的数控系统品种极其繁多,如何在诸多故障现象中,捕捉到症结所在很关键的。经过几年的探求和工作实践,主要对接触最多的VDL-600立式加工中心(FANUC Oi-MB系统)I/O设备的输入和输出进行故障分析。

| Abstract: | The modern CNC machine tool use computer technology involves light,machine,electricity,liquid and many other technologies.It has the technology-intensive and knowledge-intensive characteristics and a high level of automation and production efficiency but failure is inevitable.However,theexisting numberical control system of CNC machine tool on a variety of very many,how to catch the crux of the failure analysis is the point.After several years of exploring and working practices,mainly use the greatest using device of VDL-600 vertical machining center I/O with input and output to analyse the failure. |
