| 摘 要： | 学校是培养人才的重要阵地,教师是办学和培养人才的重要前提。教师无序流动会对正常教学产生不利影响,教师流失是教师队伍建设的巨大损失。分析了我国现阶段学校教师流动的现状、原因和利弊,提出了解决教师流动问题的对策。

| Abstract: | School is the important place to develop talents and teachers are the priority for the educational mode and talents development.The teachers' flow can have bad effect on the teaching work of a school,and the teachers' run-off means great damage to the construction of teachers.This paper analyzes the situation,causes,advantages and disadvantages of teachers' flow in recent years.The countermeasures for the problems of teachers' flow are then suggested in the paper. |
