基于LOM原型的快速模具制造工艺研究

简单介绍了基于LOM技术快速原型的制作过程及原型制作过程中应注意的问题，研究了LOM原型在硅橡胶模具、金属喷涂模具、树脂型复合模具等快速模具制作工艺中的应用，并介绍了各种快速模具工艺流程。根据研究结果，比较了各种快速模具材料的性能，并给出了相应模具材料的重要参数，对快速模具的制作过程具有一定指导作用。

Research on the manufacturing technology of rapid tools & mould based on LOM prototype

In the paper, the process and procedure of rapid prototype based on the LOM technology is introduced simply, and the problems to be noticed in the manufacturing process of prototype are given. The application of LOM prototype on the rapid tools & mould is researched, and the procedure of silicone moulds and resinous parts, metal spraying mould, compound mould based on the resinous are introduced. According to the researching result, the performance of many rapid tools materials is compared, and the important parameters of some rapid tools materials are given, which is important to guiding the manufacture of rapid tools.
