摘    要:应用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对钢板表面喷砂除锈物理过程进行了模拟,揭示了钢质磨料在特定的时-空域内运动的物理规律,研究了初速度、重力和负压对回收效率的影响.依据磨料粒子的空间运动轨迹和各种影响因素的作用,通过优化设计极大地提高了磨料的真空回收效率.

Abstract:A blast numerical simulation within an enclosed model has been carried out based on the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method. The basic particles motion rules of the air and steel grit under the blasting condition are revealed and the initial velocity, gravi- ty and vacuum pressure's influence on the recycling efficiency are studied. According to the particle traces and the influencing factors, the model optimization has been done in order to promote the efficiency of recycling.
