PEV动力总成硬件在环(HIL)仿真系统的研究与开发

摘    要:在电动汽车动力总成控制器开发中,采用硬件在环仿真技术可以对控制系统软硬件进行测试,缩短开发周期,降低开发费用。该文研究开发了纯电动汽车(Pure Electric Vehicle,简称PEV)动力总成(Powertain Control Module,简称PTCM)硬件在环仿真系统,按模块化设计的方法将该系统分成高速接口模块、仿真模型模块和监控模块,介绍了各个模块的实现方法。开发的仿真系统应用于PEV动力总成控制器的设计开发和功能测试,提高了设计效率和设计水平。该文最后给出了部分仿真分析曲线。

Abstract:Using hardware-in-the-loop simulation technology during the development of powertrain control module for electric vehicle, we can test the software and hardware of the control system, decrease development time and costs. In the paper, we have developed a powertrain control module hardware-in-the-loop simulation system for PEV. We devide the HIL simulation system into three modules: high-speed I/O module, simulating model module and monitoring module, and it concludes the application of every module. The developed HIL simulation system has been used to assist the design and to test the function of the PCU with high efficiency and quality. In the end, the paper provides some curves of simulation.
