全电动注射成型机控制系统设计

摘    要:介绍了采用多片MCS-51单片机设计分布式全电动注射成型机的控制系统。详细介绍了分布式系统中各节点单片机的系统组成。采用单片机的数据总线来实现多片单片机的信息交换,并且在I2CEEPROM中开辟共享区域,利用虚拟的I2C总线与多片单片机连接,从而实现多机信息交流与资源共享。该系统结构简单,数据传送高速可靠、抗干扰性强。

Abstract:The multi-pieces MCS-51 single-chip was used to design distributed control systems of all-electric IMM (injecting molding machine).Detailed introduction was made on the distributed system composed of various node single-chip.The data bus of single-chip was adopted to achieve information exchange of single-chips,and establish a public storage areas.The use of virtual I2C bus led go connect with single-chips,thus achieving more information exchange and resource sharing.The system is simple,having reliable high-speed data transmission,interference immunity.
