摘    要:阐述了纳米粉体的制备和表面修饰的基本方法及蒸发冷凝法制备纳米粉体的基本原理。详细介绍了蒸发冷凝法制备纳米粉体实验装置的研制过程,包括真空的获得、加热方式的选择、真空容器的设计等。

Abstract:Basic method of preparing and surface modification of nano-powder is expounded in this text, and fundamental principle of preparing nano-powder by evaporation-condensation method is also recommended. After that, development of an experimental facility to prepare nano-powder by evaporation-condensation method is introduced in detail, including how to acquire a high degree of vacuum , how to choose a suitable heating mode, and design of vacuum container, etc.
