摘    要:烟气能量回收机组是重油催化裂化装置节能降耗、实现达标的关键设备 ,主风机因轴承振动超标造成机组停机 ,通过对 7个主要因素的分析 ,判定为转子不平衡。采用加配重的措施进行现场动平衡后 ,取得了明显的效果。

Abstract:Flue gas enegy recove sets are the key equipment in heavy oil catalytic cracking unit to save enegy,reduce consume and realize the standerd limit.Since the bearing vibration of main air compressor is beyond standerd limit,so the compressor sets are shut down.By means of analysis on seven main factor,it is decided that the rotor is unbalance.After adopted counterweight and conducted dynamic balance in site,the clear effectiveness is obtained.
