| Abstract: | The structural design methods of high-rise building enclosing a four-storied brick and concrete composite house are introduced simply. Using elevator shafts and the new built parts in the old house's two ends to increase shear walls, thus a frame-shear wall structure is formed; and frames with unbonded prestressed batter-braces are analysed in mechanics. |
