基于PLC的汽车装配拧紧测控系统设计

摘    要:在汽车装配中,许多汽车制造厂用气枪等工具拧紧汽车的某些部件,需要大量的人力,并且操作性差,汽车扭矩不易控制,针对这些问题设计了一套适合汽车装配拧紧系统的计算机测控系统,该测控系统是基于西门子S7-300 PLC系统实现对拧紧设备信号采集与实时控制,并将采集信号通过OPC协议传送到汽车装配线总控台人机交互系统,实现对拧紧系统的精确控制、信息监视与共享以及存储等功能,所设计系统具有较高的实时性和可靠性,有效地提高了汽车装配系统的安全性和效率,也大大提高了汽车生产装配的自动化水平,具有重要的现实意义.

Abstract:In auto-assembling,air-gun and other implements are used to tighten some parts of the automobile in many automobile factories,which need a lot of manpower and they are lacking in maneuverability,and the automobile torque is not easy to control.This paper proposes a design of computer testing system which is suitable for the autoassembling tightening system to tackle these problems.The testing system is based on the collecting and controlling of the tightening devices signals by Siemens S7-300 PLC and the collected data is sent to the man-machine interactive system of the master station of the automobile assembling line through OPC protocol.These help to realize exact control,information monitoring and sharing and storage function and so on.It has the advantages of high timeliness and reliability,which does not only promote the safety of production and efficiency of the automobiles,but also enhances the level of automation of cars,and has practical meanings in daily life.
